Remote Connectivity Analyzer - Exchange ActiveSync
Please do the connectivity test with the following link on your PC.
1. Choose Exchange ActiveSync
2. Click Next
3. Input all information and check all options
- Email address
- Server settings
- Domain\User Name(or UPN)
- Synchronize all items in the Inbox folder.
- Ignore Trust for SSL
- I understand that I must use the credentials of a working account from my Exchange domain to be able to test connectivity to it remotely. I also acknowledge that I am responsible for the management and security of this account.
4. Enter the characters you see and Verify
5. Click Perform Test
6. Click XML or HTML report
