How do I set up my Outlook.com account?

After installing Nine on your device, the first thing you have to do is configure your account from the scratch.
At the moment Nine does not require a lot of information. Your email address and password are fully enough to set up your account because Nine supports Autodiscover feature.

• Autodiscover is a service that allows users to easily configure their email client knowing only their email address and password.

If Autodiscover is not working properly, you have to manually enter the server information. Please use the following information.

• Email address: your Outlook.com email address
• User ID: your Outlook.com email address
• Server address: m.hotmail.com
• SSL: Yes

If two-step verification is already enabled for your account, please try using App password. Please see the link below.

Note: As for User ID, make sure that you must enter your full email address.
